6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on tk290 are governed by the following rules:

• All bets and gaming activities are recorded electronically. In the event of a dispute, tk290's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• tk290 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings awarded incorrectly due to a technical error.

• If there is a dispute regarding a game result, the support team must be notified within 72 hours of the transaction being completed on the account.
• In live sports betting, any bet placed after a market has closed will be considered void.

6.1 Postponed and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event (such as BPL, IPL or any other tournament) does not start at the scheduled time or is cancelled mid-way, decisions regarding the affected bets will be made in accordance with tk290's rules. The stakes of cancelled bets are generally returned to the account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk290 platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.

• Knowingly exploiting bugs or errors in game provider software.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

tk290 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• It is found that the account was registered using false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected bonus abuse is detected.
• It becomes known that an account was opened without meeting the eligibility requirements.
• A directive from a regulatory body or a court order is in place.
